“We recently transitioned to East Coast Warehouse & Fulfillment and are delighted with their customer service. All staff we’ve worked with have been patient and helpful as we settle into a new system.

As a small company that needs extra TLC, we value the attention they’ve given us and are confident that we made the right choice.“

Laurie Ketzenberg

“For several years East Coast has been supporting the storage and fulfillment needs of hundreds of our sales reps across the US and Canada. East Coast’s accuracy is virtually 100%; as a result we have great confidence that the sales force will receive the materials they need when they need them.

The East Coast team is comprised of honest and decent people, and Customer Service is very responsive. The shipping rates are also fantastic. We highly recommend!“

Shelly Cline with Windrunner Group

“We outsourced distribution to East Coast about five years ago and are very happy with their service and performance. The whole team is sincerely interested in doing the best job possible with top efficiency. Nice not to have the headaches of operating your own warehouse yet retain the level of responsiveness.”

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been working with ECWF for a couple of months now and they have been nothing but amazing to work with! I toured around about 4-6 warehouses in the larger Philly area and no one came close to the communication, transparent pricing, and overall quality of care that ECWF has put in. Even through my nearly
300 separate SKUs, countless emails, and custom requests they have been patient and able to fulfill all of my needs. I hope to continue working with ECWF, and enjoy the peace of mind/time they’ve given me and my business!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We rely on ECWH for our inventory management and daily release of multiple products with variable instructions in regards to outgoing shipments. From the initial intake of materials, which was an enormous undertaking, to complete setup and live tutorials on navigating their portal, they walked us through every step of the process and offered as much support as we needed, as well as continued support and communication to make sure everything continues to run smoothly. A dedicated team of professionals.

This included receiving international and domestic shipments, storing goods, managing inventory, shipping orders per Aquellis' requests, and kitting. East Coast Warehouse is exceptionally organized and offers competitive pricing to their customers.
